My Story

My first experience of homeopathy was in my 20s when I visited my doctor after experiencing what I didn't know at the time was postnatal depression.  Instead of giving me anti-depressants this amazing doctor actually spoke to me about having a purpose and passion in life and also gave me a homeopathic remedy.  A couple of years later, navigating a 2nd pregnancy whilst juggling a 2 year old and commuting to London for work, clearly not looking after myself, I ended up having an emergency caesarean 2 months early due to severe pre-eclampsia, life threatening to both myself and my son, we both spent time in hospital getting well again, he is now a grown man in full health!  This led me on a path to qualify as a homeopath in 2010 and gain a nutritional therapy diploma in 2014 to aid in my own wellness and my families as well as to help others.  Continuing my fascination of how we can use the power of nutrition and holistic therapies, I'm currently in my 4th year of a part-time nutritional therapy degree with the Institute of Optimum Nutrition.  My knowledge so far is transformational and will allow me to guide clients deeper on their wellness path.
